 we ship out twice a month on the 10th and the 25th unless it falls on a weekend then we ship either that Friday or the following Monday. Wintertime is weather permitting as to when I can make it to the post office, until I can set up pick ups with the post office. every order will receive a tracking number. if packages are damaged or lost in the mail, we will do what we can to rectify the issue
